Accessibility

Public-facing systems serve everyone or they fail their purpose. That standard applies to this website too.

Our commitment

Public-facing systems serve everyone or they fail their purpose. That applies to this website as much as it does to the virtual humans we build. We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What this site does

  • Semantic HTML with a single, correctly ordered heading hierarchy on every page.
  • A skip link to bypass navigation, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Full keyboard operability, including menus, the theme switch and the enquiry form.
  • Form errors announced through a live region and bound to their inputs programmatically.
  • All motion disabled when the operating system reports a reduced-motion preference.
  • A light theme and increased-contrast support, both driven by system preference on first visit.
  • Decorative graphics — including the 3D scene — hidden from assistive technology entirely.

Known limitations

We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated auditing, but no audit catches everything. If you encounter a barrier on this site we want to know about it.
